SyncStream extracts the audio from your video, transcribes the speech into text, translates that text into your target language, synthesises a dubbed voice track, and applies AI lip-sync technology to align the speaker's facial movements with the new audio. The result is a complete, natural-sounding localised video.
We support MP4, MOV, WEBM, AVI, and MKV formats. We recommend MP4 (H.264) for best compatibility and processing speed. Maximum file size depends on your account settings.
We support over 40 languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Russian, Ukrainian, Georgian, Turkish, Arabic, Hindi, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, Polish, Romanian, Greek, Czech, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, and Hebrew, with more added regularly.
Voice cloning quality depends on your chosen service tier and the clarity of the original audio. Creator and Business tiers use more advanced models for higher fidelity voice replication. We always recommend reviewing translated content before professional publishing.
Lip-sync accuracy is designed to be natural-looking for most use cases. Standard lip-sync (Starter tier) works well for most content. Advanced and Premium tiers provide significantly better results for close-up speaker footage.
Processing time depends on video length, selected service tier, and current queue load. A 5-minute video typically completes within 15–30 minutes. Creator and Business plans benefit from priority queue processing.
You add balance to your account wallet using Stripe. When you submit a translation job, the estimated cost is deducted from your balance based on your video duration and chosen service level. Unused balance never expires.
If a translation job fails and we are unable to deliver a result, the charge is automatically refunded to your wallet balance. You can then re-submit the job or contact support for assistance.
Yes. All files are encrypted during upload (TLS) and while stored at rest. Your content is not shared with third parties beyond our processing pipeline and is not used for AI model training without explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Uploaded files are stored securely in your account until you choose to delete them, subject to your storage limit. You can delete videos at any time from your dashboard.
Yes. You retain all rights to content you upload. Translated output is yours to use commercially, provided you have the rights to the original material. SyncStream does not claim ownership of your content.
